INTRODUCTION

**MTG Lanna Highlands 2026** takes you on a unique adventure through Northern Thailand's most beautiful winding mountain roads, connecting **Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai and Nan**. Ride through lush forests, scenic highlands, tea plantations, rural villages and waterfalls, surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views. The daily rides feature carefully selected sightseeing stops, visits to natural and cultural attractions, memorable local experiences, and time to relax and enjoy Thailand's cafes and restaurants. The experience is completed with comfortable accommodation in selected three- and four-star hotels, daily breakfast, luggage transfers, a support vehicle and professional organization creating a journey that perfectly combines enjoyable riding, spectacular scenery, discovery and comfort.

TOUR PROGRAM

Day One: Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai Our first riding adventure begins in Chiang Rai and continues towards Chiang Mai along some of Northern Thailand's most beautiful rural and mountain roads. We will ride through lush forests, local villages and open farmland, with carefully selected stops for refreshments, photography and enjoying the scenery. Along the way, we will experience our first exciting curves and the peaceful atmosphere of the Lanna Highlands before arriving in Chiang Mai, checking into the hotel and relaxing in preparation for the days ahead.

Day Two: Chiang Mai Scenic Tour The second day features a scenic loop around **Chiang Mai**, exploring winding mountain roads surrounded by lush forests, valleys and breathtaking viewpoints. The ride includes selected stops at natural and cultural attractions, as well as time to enjoy local cafes, traditional cuisine and the peaceful atmosphere of Northern Thailand. After an enjoyable day of riding and sightseeing, we return to Chiang Mai for a relaxing evening at the hotel.

Day Three: Chiang Mai to Nan Today, we leave **Chiang Mai** and ride east towards **Nan** along some of Northern Thailands most rewarding roads. The route combines sweeping bends, mountain passes, green valleys and peaceful rural landscapes, with selected stops for refreshments, photography and panoramic views. After an exciting day of riding through the Lanna countryside, we arrive in Nan, check into the hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening in this charming historic town.

Day Four: Nan Scenic Tour Today's journey explores the spectacular roads surrounding **Nan**, a region renowned for its winding mountain routes, forested hills and peaceful rural scenery. The ride includes breathtaking viewpoints, traditional villages and selected natural and cultural attractions, with stops for refreshments and photography. After a memorable day of riding and discovery, we return to Nan to relax and enjoy the town's welcoming atmosphere.

Day Five: Nan to Chiang Rai Today, we leave **Nan** and ride towards **Chiang Rai** through remote mountain landscapes and some of Northern Thailands most scenic winding roads. The route passes through lush forests, peaceful valleys, traditional villages and open countryside, with selected stops for refreshments, photography and panoramic views. After a rewarding day of riding, we arrive in Chiang Rai, check into the hotel and relax for the evening.

Day Six: Chiang Rai and Surroundings Today's scenic loop explores **Chiang Rai** and its beautiful surrounding countryside. We will ride along peaceful rural roads through green valleys, tea plantations, traditional villages and gently winding hills. The day also includes selected visits to natural and cultural attractions, with time for refreshments, photography and local experiences before returning to Chiang Rai for a relaxing evening.

Day Seven: Final Chiang Rai Ride Our final riding day takes us on another scenic journey through the beautiful countryside surrounding **Chiang Rai**. The route features enjoyable curves, mountain scenery, lush plantations and peaceful local communities, with carefully selected stops at viewpoints and attractions. It is a memorable conclusion to our riding adventure, combining the freedom of the road with the natural beauty and authentic atmosphere of Northern Thailand before returning to the hotel.

Day Eight: Motorcycle Return and Free Time After breakfast, we complete the motorcycle return procedures in **Chiang Rai**, marking the end of our riding programme. The rest of the day is free to relax, explore the city, visit local markets and cafes, or enjoy some final shopping. It is a well-deserved opportunity to unwind and reflect on the unforgettable roads, landscapes and experiences of Northern Thailand.
